"My Dad" was more or less written before I started the #IllustrationADay challenge. It's a drinking game I've been playing for years, and I'd often thought about illustrating it. While I was working on "Fuck You, Dear Abby", it dawned on me that now is the time to bring this idea to fruition. I got so excited to draw it that I had to summon great restraint and force myself to wait until the next morning before starting in on it, in order to honor the integrity of the challenge.

This one got finished through ink in one day. I love the comic, but it needs new lettering. Fortunately, in the process of the #IllustrationADay challenge, I've gotten much better at lettering.
